About the farm

Amelia August began That Bloomin Farm in 2020 as a way to unite her passions of growing and arranging flowers, discovering and foraging wild flora, and creating art to be shared with others. That Bloomin's cutting garden is a tiny patch of blooms nestled alongside the cattle, pigs, and chickens of host farm, Dirty Dog Farm. Located on the Roeliff-Jansen Kill, in Clermont, NY,  the incredible diversity of native flora and fauna on the property’s 230 acres of woods and reclaimed pastures provide inspiration and materials for Amelia’s floral designs. The richness and diversity of this farm and forest bounty of the Hudson Valley is what we strive to share with you!

Amelia lives on the farm with her husband Josh, their two dear dogs, and soon their new baby girl.
